Logos

You are welcome to use any of the 3 main logos, the Chi Rho, Symbol and National Philoptochos Logo to suit your needs.  Please take care, when resizing the logos, not to change the proportions or distort the image. Always select “Lock Aspect Ratio.” Invitations, forms, documents, and PowerPoint presentations should feature one of our logos.

In addition, logos can be used on stationery, note pads, gift items and promotional items, such as mugs, aprons, jewelry, pashminas, t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, mouse pads and nylon knapsacks for packaging meals for our Feed the Hungry program. The more we promote our logo and brand, the better!

Also the official logo is that with the words around it, and the Chi Rho symbol is the only logo that can be used ‘without color’.

Official National Philoptochos Symbol

A Philoptochos logo was first designed in color for our 75th Anniversary celebration at the 2006 Convention. This logo combines the Orthodox cross and the Philoptochos Patron Saints Cosmas and Damianos. It was adopted as the official National Philoptochos Logo in 2010.  We continue to use this beautiful symbol and encourage all to use it. Our Symbol will be used on forms, documents and other items where we want a smaller image without our name.

Official National Philoptochos Logo

In 2016, the National Philoptochos Membership Committee created a new logo, which includes the Symbol, as well as the Philoptochos name and tagline, “Philanthropy, Fellowship, Faith in Action.”  We refer to it as the Official National Philoptochos Logo.  This logo will be used on covers of documents, and when we want to include our name and tagline on a document.

Chi Rho Logo

Many years ago we used the Chi Rho logo.  This logo remains in use and can be used to represent our logo without color (the Official National Philoptochos Symbol and Logo include a Chi Rho in the center).
