Download 2023 Election Forms
Please click on the buttons below to download and complete the 2023 Election documents. Please send your completed Election documents as an attachment to elections@philoptochos.org. Please include your chapter number, parish name, and the city and state in the subject of the email.
Chapters must meet the following criteria to be ratified:
- An ODD number of Board Members.
- A completed 2023 Notification Form signed by the Parish Priest and the Election Chair (the Election Chair cannot be a Board Member).
- Paid membership for both 2022 and 2023 to National Philoptochos.
