What is Philoptochos?
Our mission is to promote charitable, benevolent and philanthropic outreach; to preserve the sanctity of life and family; and to perpetuate and promote our Orthodox faith and traditions. We focus on addressing topics such as child abuse, domestic violence, homelessness, human trafficking, bullying, women’s health, substance abuse, and aging.
Philoptochos women of all ages are driven by faith and fellowship to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities around the nation to advance the common good.
